Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges are based upon weight, dimensions, distance traveled, and type of shipping service you specify (ground, next day, second day, freight). Unless otherwise noted by Buyer, goods will be shipped via carries of our choice (UPS in most cases) with shipping, handling, and packaging charges prepaid and added to the invoice if applicable. Buyer must pay for special routing or pre-delivery notification. Apple Environmental Inc. is not responsible for incorrect address charges. Buyer must supply verified shipping address at time of order to avoid incorrect address charges. Should we incur incorrect address charges we reserve the right to pass those along to the Buyer for payment.

All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping method is determined by size and weight of each item. Items differing in size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. Items that are too large or heavy for UPS will be shipped motor freight. Someone must present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is to a facility with a dock designed to receive freight or a fork lift needs to be available to unload pallet or additional pallet charge may apply. Twenty-four hour notification, residential deliveries, lift gate, or inside deliveries are available with an additional charge.

Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to anywhere in the contiguous United States, using a carrier of our choice. Other terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and export orders. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer’s carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the consignee. Items back ordered from an order qualifying for prepaid shipping charges will be shipped prepaid. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. Certain restrictions apply to Free Shipping promotions. These include our choice of carriers and shipping methods as well as other limitations.

 

Transit Time:

UPS Ground: 3-8 Business Days (from shipping day)

UPS Second Day: 2 Business Days (from shipping day)

UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day (from shipping day)

Light Freight: 3-10 Business Days (from shipping day)

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase (excluding Sundays).

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Buyer should inspect all items upon receipt. If damage occurs in transit Buyer should note the extent of the damages on the packing slip and contact us immediately. Although our responsibility for loss or damaged items ceases when the carrier accepts the products for shipment, we will, when notified, assist in damage claim completion. We will also ship and immediate replacement.

 

RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES

If you need to return any stock product, please contact us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 45 days of initial receipt. A 15% restocking fee will apply on all stock items. Once RMA number is issued, merchandise must be returned within 15 days. Items should be sent, with RMA number noted on outside of package and shipped to the address indicated on the RMA form.

Items must be in Original packaging and in resalable condition. Additionally, customer is responsible for return freight costs.
